Clarence Zeedorf is the new coach of Deportivo La Coruña

Former Dutch football national Clarence Zeedorf was appointed senior coach of Spanish first-class Deportivo La Coruna. 41-year-old Zeedorf signed a contract by the end of the season.




He replaced Cristobal Parrolo, who was fired yesterday after Real Sociedad suffered a 0-0 loss in the 22nd round of La Liga, after which the team remained in 18th place with only four wins from the beginning of the campaign.

Zeedorf has little experience in the coaching profession. He was at the head of the Italian Grand Milan from January to June 2014, and then worked in Shenzhen China from July to December 2016.
